I bought a car from National Auto Brokers last September and also purchased a warranty for it. I went back to them when the temporary registration sticker was about to expire to complain that I hadn't yet received my registration sticker from the DMV. They said there was a problem with the paperwork and that the girl was going to take care of it and they gave me another temporary sticker. About two ago I got a letter from the warranty compary saying that the contract was not valid because they had not received the payment from National Auto Brokers. I went back to the location where the dealer was just to find out that they had dissapeared. There's a new dealer there now and they said they have been getting a lot of people coming in looking for National Auto Brokers because they also got screwed! I called the DMV Division of Vehicle Safety Services at (518) 474-8943 to complain and had to fax them the bill of sale, registration card and also sent them the letter I got from the warranty company. They're sending me registration sticker and are doing their own investigation.
Anyone else scammed by these guys, please call (518) 474-8943 to file your report.
