My report is much like the others. I cancelled it 3 weeks after I purchased it and although they admit I am due a full refund of $395.00 I still don't have it. I have been waiting since July 28.
I also find their employees very rude and unhelpful. Ryan Kaywood is the refund manager and he is especially rude and very sarcastic. Ryan's phone always goes to voice mail. This company reminds me of the Cap 1 commercials with David Spade. When are you going to get your refund? NEVER!
I am going to do my best to make sure this doesn't happen to others.in the meantime I will report them to as many people as I can also. I will follow any advice and would also like to be a part of any lawsuit. These people have got to be stopped.
