I took my car to Alexander suzuki because it had a torque converter vibration in it. It had about 1500 miles on it.
I took the service rep for a ride and he felt it... Told me to bring it back another day for the Suzuki tech to see.
I did return, I received a call saying that Suzuki said I should drive with the overdrive turned off. I never heard of such a thing so I called Suzuki. Suzuki denied saying this and said they would involve the district manager. The District Manager contacted Alexander Suzuki and all of a sudden the email report to Suzuki said the car was functioning as normal. It seems neither Suzuki nor Alexander are willing to stand behind warranty. I have contacted TWO other LARGE Suzuki dealerships familiar with the All Wheel Drive and they BOTH told me that something is wrong and the car should not have a transmission shudder at 42MPH running 1800 RPM that disappears once speed is increased.
BOTH Alexabder Suzuki locally and Suzuki Motor Co are RIP OFFS!
Suggest you avoid Alexander as a Suzuki dealer!
