We are in the same situation as Ms Temel. We found a beautiful Cadiallac Catera on the E-Z Auto lot that we really liked and wanted and boy were we snowballed. The car came with a 6 month/3000 mile warranty and we did everything in our power to get this car taken care of during this time and kept being told that they fixed it. The transmission had problems, the oil cover gaskets needed replacing, the engine has small oil leaks, the radiator has a leak, the brakes squeaked, etc., etc. We had the car in Moncks Corner every week having somethng supposedly done to it or having it checked. Mind you we live in North Charleston.
I am making payments on a car that I dearly want but they will not make good on their warranty. They told us to come pick out something else and when we did they said they are not selling the car we like or "because there is a warranty in the window but if they let it go it will be at wholesale and without a warranty." Then they wanted us to come up with $1500 more dollars down.
Again like Ms Temel just give us back our money and we will go elsewhere. I can assure you that word of mouth is your best customer and everyone I speak too will know about the service we received at this lot. We will purchase another car just not from this lot or any one associated with Johnny's Suzuki.
