After several hours, the salesman and my husband agreeded on a price of the new truck, and the price of our trade in. We then went to the business agent Will Elliot, to sign the papers.
Mr Elliot asked my husband to sign back a $ 2500.00 manufacture rebate back to the company, he said what rebate? I was not told anything about a rebate. This made the deal he worked with the salesman not the same. Crain Chevrolet said if we have any complaints about the company, salesman, please give them the oportunity to correct the problem.
I called and e-mailed. After a week Crain called and said rebates always come off the top price of the truck. I said that may be the case but not when your not told anything about it.
Our deal was worked with out a rebate, no where on our contract does it anything about a rebate. That money was put in there pocket.
