I was given a quote by Luis Molina to transport a quote from Dallas to Boston In February. Before I gave him my credit card# he assured me that National Auto Transport was not a broker, and that they ran their own shipping trucks. Additionally, he promised that the car would be fastened to the hauler by netting over the tires, rather than a tie down to the trailer by the frame. Additionally, he quoted me for $25 less than what the contract said when it arrived.
Currently the car is still in delivery, and is already 1 week later then promised. The car was brokered over to Blue Tree Auto Transport. They have no customer service, were very rude, and have never attached cars to the trailers using mesh over the tires, rather they tie it down directly to the frame.
Luis lied on three accounts, the price, they type of business they were (operator vs. Broker) and delivery.
Do not use national auto transport!
