This has to be the nastiest company in the USA. I do not believe there are many "english" speaking folks here as for the most part one cannot understand a customer rep person and they are so rude that it is disgusting.
There are NO professional skills what so ever!
I mailed my payment on Dec 16 PRIORITY Mail with CONFIMATION and I was told by Post office they should receive within one to two days.By the 18 of Dec they had not received (Drive Finance) so they started calling me and I responded appropriately.By the 20 th of Dec they became nasty and threatening and I related I had proof of mailing etc and I faxed to them from my home.
Today I see they have received my payment via proof and confirmation by the United States Postal Service but regardless they still want to be nasty and tell me I need to stop payment and give them another check.
They tell me they do not have it!
It is all a ploy to get late charges and continue to be nasty and hateful even though personally I have never been late!
I have filed a formal complaint with US Postal Services and we all know it is Christmas time and the mail is heavy and they could have been decent about this. I was unable to mail earlier as I did not get paid prior!
This seem to be a company who treats US folks with little respect or dignity!

I am a older women who is disabled and honestly I cannot handle this type of Customer Service which is not service but just plain ignorance!
