This company continues to take direct deductions from my checking account though I have been making payments via mail. Still I receive harassing calls saying they have received no payments when they should be sending me refunds/overpayments and they charge erroneous late fees. No matter who I speak with that says they are putting notes on the account, the next representative says there are "no notes" on the account and they have never received any faxes that were sent. The complaints I've read from others of this type of harrassment and mishandling are equally as bad. They are a RIPOFF!
