Place payment to escrow account, started a forecloser, called us saying payments late when already recieved, charging us as a Daily Simple Interest loan. The contract for the loan does not specify a D.S.I. Loan. It stated we have a fixed-rate loan. We make overpayments on our loan we specify the overpayment to the principle amount. Does not appear that is where it gets apply.
Call several times requesting information on the audit we request to be done on our account. Was charging us junk fees, do not know exactly what they are for and the amount. I asked for a statement of these charges the lady told me I would have to paid for the statement to be mail to me.
