Ripped Off, Complaint, Lack of Customer Service

It will be 1 year, December 18th that I have been trying to resolve an issue involving payments on a student loan. I have made numerous calls, sent a certified letter, had the bank who made electronis payments call and send documentation to support payments and still have not received the information requested or credit for payments made.

I have made a simple request that all charges, payments, credits and information on the account be forwarded to me for my review and this has not happened. Payments that were made have not appeared correctly or at all on invoices, bills, etc., so I do not know the actual account balance. As well, monthly payments went from $50.00 to $166.00 without any account changes or notifications. I have tried everything and still make calls, leave messages, speak to people but all talk but NO ACTION! What to do Next?
