I had post-dated a check for my car payment for december 12. Well, on december 11, i looked at my on-line banking account and they had already sent it in, making my check over-drawn. I called the Wilmington office, because that is where they told me to send the check if i had to send a post-dated check. The customer service rep i talked to was the most rudest, harshest person i have ever come in contact with in my 57 years of my life.
She told me that i was stupid and that i needed to buy some envelopes if i needed to mail correspondence to wilmington. I tried to talk nice to her but the louder she got. She is definitley in the wrong business. I thought customer service was to solve problems-not make them worse. Well, anyway, as i was talking to her, she slammed the phone down real loudly in my face. Sooo very unprofessional! People with this type of attitude definitely do not need to be dealing with the public!
