A supervisor from regional acceptance called me at 9:45pm and asked me about my car payment (that I already put a payment in for 4-6) I tried to explain to him that I was layed off from my job and just got called back that I put a pre-payment in.
He told me that it wasn't good enough and that I was a dead beat and had no intention of paying for my car. This continued for several min. So I put my husband on the phone and he tried to explain that we both were layed off and the payment was post dated for april 6th.
Cory (supervisor) told my husband that he was also a deadbeat and my husband kept tring to explain things to him and this guy just kept getting louder and louder until my husband exploded on him.
This is the worst experiance I have ever had with anyone and I don't feel this is very pefessional business. This call lasted until 10:30pm. I get up for work at 5:15am. What give this guy the right to down grade a family and call people names and call someones house that late at night and yell at them.
I told him to come get the car it made no difference to me and I would NEVER do business with regionl acceptance again.
