Have tried on 3 occasions to get the brake line fixed. This is a right hand drive vehicle I use to deliver mail in and if I don't have my car, I don't work. This last time I took it in with the promise they would fix it, I was told it wouldn't be fixed until Monday. Which means I would lose 2 days of work. That is if they did fix it Monday. When I mentioned to the guy in service I couldn't be out of work that long, and could they loan me a car, he said no, and started I was up set yelling at me because I was upset. I kept asking him to stop yelling at me he wouldn't, so I asked to speak to the owner, Don Barrier. When Mr Barrier got on the phone, he started yelling at me and told me to get my call out of his dealership. He wanted me to have it towed to another dealership in Athens Texas. So I made arrangements to have my car towed to Elder Dodge in Athens. I called Canton Motors to let them know someone was coming Saturday morning to get my car, and was told fine. About 20 minutes later, I got a call back from Canton Motors, and was told they would not release my car. I was told the owner couldn't release it because it was a safety recall. I don't know why when I brought it in the other 2 times and it wasn't fixed they let me drive it off the lot, but wouldn't release it this time, and I was going to have it towed. This is not the first time I have had problems with this dealership, but by far the worse I have been treated. I will never go back to Canton Motors. I just want my car back, and would prefer it to be fixed. And I have to admit, I do have some trust issues now not knowing what they might do to my car in retaliation.
