BAD Customer service in the SOUTH

I went in to have an oil change and tire rotation at 838 and one car ahead left the store at 1229 PM... Sales associate was rude (CRASS) Joe Matthews new I needed a part and held it for 45 extra minutes also he handed me my sticker for my oil change and did not put it in my car windsheild totally unexceptable I hope for sears sake that the service was completed becaues this looks like a excellent legal opportunity... For ME, this is the Second Time that I have had to deal with this Automotive Shop... And the last. The service in the South is BAD...
