I ordered tires from the Sears Blue Automotive Crew on Monday was told the tires would be delivered by the weekend. Call the store location of the delivery they could not track the order. I was told to call the Sears Blue Automotive Crew only to find that no one answers the phone on the weekend. Was left on hold for over 2 hours. Sears need to get some help manning the phone lines or let the consumer know no service is provided on the weekend.
