Dealer sold me a car with a 4 month warranty on Gearbox and Engine. Reported fault within warranty period and had 3 independant organisations confirm problem with engine. Dealer promised a replacement engine. Dealer deployed delay tactics then told me that becuase the warranty had ended whilst waiting for engine replacement stopped communicating and failed to deliver replacement engine. Took Dealer to court and won my case against him. Dealer ordered to pay 1400. To date dealer has failed to pay court order. Now having to take further action by employing a solicitor. Dealer has failed to honour a signed warranty.
