The Parking Violations Bureau claims they saw a RED car drive away from a no parking zone, I own a BLACK car. They did have my license number which I believe they got by error by perhaps just seeing my car drive by. I never parked there and don't even remember being in that area. But you don't mix up a RED car with a BLACK car.
Do I have a chance? There was no ticket issued to the car. It was received in the mail.
