My son, who has a mild form of Autism, bought a vehicle from these con artists a month ago, and was assured he would be mailed the title as soon as some "problems at the court house" were worked out. After three weeks, I called and was told "the title clerk is here on Mondays and Thursdays, and will send out your title on Monday by Certified Mail". I called the following Thursday and was told, "the title clerk has been out all week. Call back tomorrow."
I called the following day and asked why I was told the title would be mailed on Monday when the title clerk would be gone all week and was given yet another story about the "title clerk traveling all over the state and we have no idea when she'll be here". I have filed a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's Auto Industry Division (303) 205-5604, and would recommend that anyone else who has a problem with these rude jerks to do the same.
