Where is my title

This is the worse company ever! I have been waiting on my title for over two years, nothing has come my way. I have tried to call, mailed a letter., even had my attorney send letters—nothing! I am now in a postion to purchase a new vehicle, however everything is on hold becasue i do not have my title. It is really sad that this company never follow up with my request, nothing at all. My payments were also on time, never late—a few times i even mailed two payments at once&and this is the thanks i get. I want and need my title. I have tried to go to the state—i am hoping they can help me
