Capital Auto Finance
Will not accept payoff amount after having it ok'd by superviso

I sold my bike & was assured by capital auto finance that it was good until a certain date, the bank issued a bank draft & also was assured that the payoff amount was correct & will accept the amount, then they turned around & said that they wouldn't accept it until they get a check in the mail for the payoff, wich is now more because they added more interest to it, this is bad business practice on there part, i will make sure i don't deal with them any more, sounds like they like to lie to people or just plain don't care, or know what there doing & don't care
