I purchased my car from Northwest Honda in May and I was supposed to have a HONDACARE extended warranty (it even says it on my purchase contract); however, I was given some cheap extended warranty which barely covers anything. When I talked to the general manager John Orofino... At first he was all for helping me because he looked at the contract and said there were many mistakes made and he would fix my situation. I talked to one of their finance managers as well and he said he NEVER heard of the company my extended warranty was through and he has never known their company to do business with that extended warranty company. The general manager was VERY hard to reach and kind of blew me off until I physically went into the dealership to see him and he said there is nothing he could do and his "guys said I knew what I was signing and the contract saying HondaCare was just a mistake!" Peter Sorice was the sales manager in the pre-owned building when I bought my car and he was responsible for my contract along with the errors... Stay away from northwest bmw and northwest honda&i am filing a complaint with the attorney general's office!!!
