I have a 2001 dodge neon and the transmission went out 1 1/2 years after buying the extended warranty which covers engine and transmission. Because I could not show oil change receipts (which have nothing to do with the transmission), they would pay for the transmission repairs. I called their telephone claims number and they would not give me their address. I have since reported them to the attorney general in Minnesota and Texas. I had a fax number that I believe is in Texas. Please do not buy an extended warranty contract from this company. If you don't do even one thing that your service manual suggests, they will say you voided the contract.
