Capital One Auto Finance always includes late charge fees and when you send the fees with your payments they never give me any credit. Bills always includes money that I DO NOT owe for current payment not knowing if I will be late or not. If I'm not late the late fees never get deducted just keep adding up. When I known to be late the late fees are always included with my payment. There has to be a law against business double charging late fee giving customer a bad name and credit.
