This company is continually cheating us out of our money. They put money that is to go to late fees or payments in"holding" then charge more late on the late fees, until you hound them 3-4 times to take out the money.
I call and ask "exact balance due" send it, and it then i am charged more money for late, because the amount sent was not enough, and they put it all in holding instead of towards the payment!!??
I kept getting notices of no payment when they had my money and were "holding" it for 2 months!
I keep paying the late fees that are in the statement if I am late, then for some reason each month there are over $250 more late charges!
I have also recieved the "foreclosure" notices that rip up my life immediately upon reciept. All due to they have put on more late fees, and therefore did not put my payment in the system.
I have tried to work with these people, but they are not the least bit cooperative. They are not in it for the customers, but in it for how much pain and stress they can create on clients lives!!!
