Promised money would be refunded if not used by a certain time or mileage ripoff deception

I believed that this was legitimate. It's the old saying that goes if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I will keep that is mind for the future. It's unfortunate that so many dishonest people are out there taking advantage of others.
