Ripoff warranty refund and reimbursments not refunded dishonest ripoffs

I called Warranty Usa to get information on how to use my warranty and they never answered the phone. So I called some of the other numbers on the information sheet and finally I got through to one of them. They informed that Warranty USA filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and that they were also being sued by another company for fraud.

I would like to know what steps I can take to get my money back, I never used this policy and now it seems that if I needed to I couldn't anyway. It is only fair that all the others, and myself, get our money back! Please help!!!
