Ripoff victimized many consumers

My parents who live in Houston, Tx. Where ripped off by Warranty USA., like so many other people they went to get some work done on their car and was told they have no coverage. If any one out there is reading this can help. Please advise I'm sure there would be a lot of people interested in talking to you.
