Yler AMC Marke New company name for same old scam. American Marketing Co now Insurance Marketing Services. Still Mark Sugarman but now using Mark Howard. Probably others. Still works with brother Mike and Neil

I and an agent I work with recently purchased 20 preset annuity appointments. And have since learned Mark has be pulling this scam for years. All appointments said they knew nothing of any appointments and some never received a call from anyone concerning anything financial. Some they just looked up in the phone book and said they set appointments. Some they did actually speak with and the people they spoke with were not happy. Said they would not say who they were with and sounded like they were trying to scam them.

I originally spoke to a guy named Neil then after the paperwork was signed and the leads paid for I was then turned over to a fellow named Mike Howard, In reality I have figured out his name is really Mike Sugarman, Mark's brother. After getting 5 non-appointment appointments we got turned over to Mark Howard, you know who, Mark Sugarman. He said he would take over and we would start getting good appointments. Never happened, got one appointment in two weeks and that person said they actually set an appointment but was not sure for what. He was 80 and bored.

After that we tried to called and got shuffled around saying they were in a meeting or on another call or something and they would call back but of course that did not happen. I am not sure what all we can do to bring some sort of justice to this all but if you have been scamed by them feel free to contact me. I live in Southern California so I can purse this without a lot of problem but an addtional information you may have could help. I wanted to get this out in case anyone else is looking into Annuity Golmine or Insurance Marketing Services.

So far we have not pursued the matter of getting our money back a full week. But we have become aware of who we have actually done business with and what to be expecting. I just felt that this might keep someone else from making the same mistake but doing business with the new company name they are using and maybe get a little help for myself as well. If anything good happens or even worse happens I will update.
