Service stinks!

We bought a washer at Howard's Appliance in Long Beach a year ago and we purchase a service warranty.in February 16 Our washer broke down and we called Howard for service. The technician that Howard sent does not know what he is doing and told us we need a part and will take a week to order it. It turns out that the parts ordered is the wrong one so another order has been requested. Until this time our washer is not repaired and still waiting for the parts from GE. (they are claiming they do not have the correct parts available) Howard is refusing to give us a new machine because they are claiming that they can fix it. I would like to warn everyone not to purchase any appliances or service warranty with Howard's. The service " STINKS" and the people at the Service Center are stupid and does not know what they are doing.
