I purchased several ATV's from atvdiscounter.com and the shipping took forever. They continually misled me about shipping dates, refused to answer the phone, and refused to send me parts that were missing inside the crate. I ride name brand ATV's but thought this would be a cheap alternative to help start my kids out on. The machines would not be too bad except the customer service is horrible. They are somehow unable to send parts out for these machines too. It is however easy to get parts for them if you search around on the internet for Chinese atv parts, and they actually ship what you order in a timely manner. Final suggestion would be to order through someone else other than this place!!! They are quick to take your money but not deliver any customer satisfaction afterwards!!!
