A.K.A. Frontier Imports Update to wrong order being sent. Need your help!

My credit card company was more than willing to help with a backcharge to this company. Unfortunately, they did not make any ground because atvdiscounter put a terms of use policy on their website. It is not when you first pull the page, it is in the tab section over to the left side (out of the way) and you would have to select that particular tab to read it. I went on the internet and found the two atvs I wanted then called and ordered them so never went through the transaction process on the website. Not sure if it shows you the terms and use policy or not. Does anyone know what I can do about this situation to either get a refund or some sort of reimbursement for getting a downgraded model from what I ordered. The company manager I finally got a hold of laughed and said you got what you'll get, atvdiscounter.com does not do refunds and returns cost you 20% of your total bill plus shipping. That is about what I paid when it is all added up. I told him I would contact my charge card company for backcharge and he said go ahead, they can not touch us, and the debt will still be there. He said atvdiscounter.com sends "something similar" if they do not have what you order in stock. I do not believe that is right and I hope someone will reply with actions I can take to correct this situation that atvdiscounter.com has put me in.
