First of they atv discounter started out being very helpful with my order until
I received the two go carts I ordered. When I received them at my home I realized they had sent one correct kart and one totally wrong kart (a much cheeper one).
So when I contacted them they said oh no problem we'll get the right one sent out to you right away. Well needless to say a week and a half later the correct go kart shows up but DAMAGED! Someone had driven a fork truck thourgh the front of the crate bending the front a-arms and brake disc. So I called them right away and they said take pictures of it and send them to us and we'll get your parts out to you to fix the damage.
Well ok then upon further inspection I found the go kart wasn't even fastened into the crate and had scratchs all over it. At this point I went a head and put the machine togather to realize how bad of shape it really was in. A week later still no parts called atv discounter again talk to there claims agent oh she said I'll put a rush on that parts order right away.
Well needless to say I call their parts department today two weeks later they had no order for the parts. Their parts department said they would look into it and call me back in 15 minutes well it's 12 hours later and guess what NO call!
All this company is good for is giving people the run around and stealing there hard earned money. I am a retail manager and I've never in my life scene such poor customer service. Something needs done about these people they got $2300.00 out of me I'm sure there making a fortune off this crap!!!
