Joe Cooper ford is just another sales rip-off type business. I bought a f-150 on the premise that they would do all it takes to make me a happy customer, boy was I wrong.
The salesman first told me he could get me XM radio in my new truck since I didn't want to change to Sirrus. That is when he told his first lie, he told me he had to order a cable to convert the radio, after waiting 3 weeks I was told it wasn't available. Then he told me he could do a aftermarket install, I was very disappointed in the cheap radio conversion mounted on the dash, not what I wanted. So now I'm being asked to take my truck to an aftermarket installer to have another radio put in, then I've had to take it back 4 times to get it to work right. Well right enough.
Now I took it to the same dealer to have my first oil change, the dealership had sent me a coupon with my name on it for an oil change for 24.99 and I ended up paying 30.00 for an extra quart of oil and some shop fee that was mentioned in the ad at the bottom in small letters.
I feel I have given this dealership every chance to make this right and they have really let me down. You can tell that customer service is not in their vocabulary.
