Ordered A Scooter from MX which was mislabeled by them for another customer. When I finally received it two weeks late it was so damaged I refused it and sent it back. I made a phone call to Rick Marabini the Sales Manager / Customer support who promised he would send a new out rightaway. Two weeks later I'm still waiting every phone call brought more promises but very little action. I got so fed up I canceled the scooter and disputed the credit card charges. Haven't heard from them since canceling
