I purchased a 2005 jeep grand cherokee limited for car mart. When signing the papers they offered a so called bumper to bumper warranty. So it sounded great. The same day i got the jeep i drove it to work and that night i left work the radio screen went blank. You can still hear the sound but cant see anything on the display. So i called them and they told me to bring it in. Then next day i did and they took to a run down shop that looked like a chop shop. The next day i got a phone call telling me the radio had to be sent out to get fixed. I picked up my jeep and after a week of not hearing from anyone i called them. They told me i had to drive to Alexandria to get the radio put it and it was fixed. I got to the shop and after they put the radio in it still didnt work. I called the dealer and told them i tired of these games and i wanted $500 of my deposit back so i can get a radio. They told me no and i had to keep driving back and forth to alexandria to get it fixed. I flipped out and told them they are nothing but scam artist and ill make sure nobody does to them. Plus when i drive the jeep every now and then the dash lights come on and turn off. So i figured i would put it in the shop and get fixed through the warranty. After a day i got a phone call from the warranty place that they would not be covering anything that is wrong with the jeep. I told them hold on the deal told me the warranty is bumper to bumper and the warranty place said no sorry about what the deal said but this is not a bumper to bumper warranty. Beware of this dealership. They are nothing but scams and all they vehicles are a piece of crap. The salesman dont care about anyone
