Sent Wrong Item/Overcharged me/Will not refund

Back in December, I ordered and exhaust kit from RPMoutlet which had a base price of $399.99. About a week later my system had arrived but it was a different exhaust system. I did like the one they sent me better so I decided to keep it.

Of course many parts were missing from the kit so I had to spend an extra $100.00 from the ford house for missing parts. Also the kit that they sent me had a base price of $349.99. ($50 difference, but still, to me it's a good chunk of money)

I have been sending the company emails since december (from their website help desk). I have both documents from the company, one showing what I ordered and one showing what I received. 2 different items. The company keeps sending me the same email back saying I need to send them all the information about the invoice, etc. But the email link they ask me to respond to doesn't work. Now I have been asking them to fix the link but they won't respond.

I was planning on spending another $5000.00 with this company. I'm glad I waited!
