I ordered a new exhaust system for my motorcycle (Kawasaki Ninja 2001). They promised 2 week delivery. Delivery actually took over a month. However, they took my money right away. 2 months later, the exhaust was not as loud as when I bought it.
I called D & D Exhaust and was told they would not replace it without me sending mine back first. So I sent it back. They told me it would be picked up the next day. It was picked up by UPS a week later.
10 days later, they called me and said that there is nothing wrong with it, that it must of gotten wet, because it sounded fine when they tested it. Now, mind you, I had to remove the exhaust from my bike to send it to them. I was expecting a new exhaust. And I also find out the company does not offer refunds.
So, basically, I received a crappy product and am now out $260.00. Don't buy from D & D Exhaust. Please go to a reputable motorcycle dealership. Thanks for letting me vent!
