I purchased an item on-line for 349.99, they claim on the main page it's 399.99

They web page claims that the ship next business day on in stock items, not true. That have a Help desk number that no one ever answers. My items have never been shipped but they took my money all because the item I purchased on-line I found for 349.99, they claim on the main page it's 399.99
