I bought a jeep liberty in 2004 brand new. A few months later the window fell in on the left rear. A window I don't ever use and the car was parked when it fell in. Since then I have had all my windows repaired at least two to three times each.
The dealership tells me the are putting new parts in each time but they keep breaking. They will fix one then two to three months later they replace it again. Now this morning the window they just replaced fell in again
overnight.
My concern is that after the car went out of warranty I have to pay for their faulty parts. This last time they fixed it they charged me labor and some other fees I dont understand.
Shouldn't they fix the faulty parts for free since they are putting bad ones in?
If this had only happened once or even twice I could deal with it but I have owned the car only four years and they have replaced the windows at least ten times!
