Can't believe this Company is still doing business. I've never been lied to so many times, by so many different people, on the phone. On my 3rd call, I got a guy that understood my frustration. He must've gotten fired b/c, even when I asked for him by name, I never was able to talk with him again. 14 calls and TWO YEARS to get my core return. They thought I'd give up, but thanks to American Express, the money was credited to my account. I have to laugh when I see their Rebuttals to complaints. The owner of this Company must be the biggest SCUMBAG on Earth.
Don't buy from auto parts giant — this company deserves jail time for their practices
