My husband wanted to buy me a car as a gift because my old car was done with. After meeting him at eastern motors he choose a nice white jetta. After signing all papers and taking it for a test drive the transmission went out on it. I was stuck somewhere near manassas. I was told that i could get another car. I settled for a 2003 silver jetta. I got more problems with this car and should of just kept my old one. After complaining to them phone calls were never returned.
After just a year and a half ive put in more money into this car thaen expected. Hoses needed to be replaced because there was a smell of gas that way making my kids and self sick. We had to drive around with the windows down. Transmission went bad and had to replace that and that cost me 600 dollars. The same day i got that fixed i found out that the cadillac converter needs to be replaced which is another 700 dollars! Oh even my timing belt cover was never on there and now my cd player doesnt work. They are big liars!!! You see on their page there is no place to comment to them because they know that they are only selling junk cars. And the nerve of these football players to even endorse them.
