Just last week I went to a dealership with my blank check, followed all the rules, dealer called capital one and confirmed, loan was approved, i took possesion of vehicle with my 30day tags and all was good. One week later Capital One Auto calls me saying they need more information from me before they can approve my loan. I honestly dont want to do business with them anymore after reading other reports on here and how complicated this whole thing really is. What should I do? Return vehicle to dealer? Or keep vehicle and let them handle with Capitol One? I dont have an account as of this time, so I cant send payments on vehicle. Please give me some advice here.
