Autopartsgiant customer service is non responsive to e-mails and has a terrible system for tracking orders

DO NOT order form this store, they have a BBB rating of "F", I have been waiting for 20 days and customer service is non existent. Their tracking system is the worst they cannot tell you if an order has been shipped and cannot check the status until after 11:00am PST that's 2:00pm EST!!! Unbelievable.
