No refund, rude service, slow on everything except taking your money bellflower

I too bought from this company, spent several hundred on an order and was given the run around. First they take your money which as it turns out should not be until item ships, then they take over a week to "PROCESS" your order (process= stalling or doing nothing) then I received an email stating item was shipped! Great, soon my part will arrive or so I thought. Iwait another 4 days for the item to arrive and also sent over 20 emails to autopartsgiant asking for tracking info (no response) So I decide to call, after waiting on hold for 20 min. A man who won't give his name tells me it was shipped and will arrive in 1 or 2 days but will not give tracking info then hangs up on me when I ask again for tracking info (numbers). Aprox. 1 hour after the rude hangup there is an email sent to me saying " order has been cancelled out of stock". What?!! How is that possible? It was suppose to be already shipped! So I call them and ask how this happen and when am I getting a refund and guess what... I get hung up on, over and over again. This company is terrible. It has been 1 month and still no refund. My advice is only buy local or if you need parts for your car check the website for complaints on rippoff report FIRST. I have made purchase with a company called Rockauto and they were polite, shipped very quickly and send you all the tracking numbers for your order they even sent me a discount to use for future purchases.
