I have a brand new nissian versa 07, since i have own the car for the past 8 months it has been hit twice, front end and rear end damage.
The frist accident i put it under my policy figuring they would work for me and get my car repaired quickly and correctly. I was wrong, they used thier quick fix chop shop and try to cut cost with sub par parts. This accident was 12,000 in damage.
Also with this accident i had lower back problems, they paid for 8 sessions with my doctor and therapist. I was sent to one of thier docs that was a hack shop also, this was a 10 min vist with a man that spoke broken english and dismissed me like a child.
The 2nd accident just happen this past week, this time i was backed up into by another driver with his truck, now the rear has about 4000 plus damage to the back of it. He has geico insurance (oh great). This time i didnt use thier chop shops i went with one the dealer i purchased the car from uses. Since im not using thier shop they are fighting the cost of repairs.
Long and short of it they will save you money and turn out cars that will fall apart around you and are not safe to drive or work right after they are fixed, also they are rude and not customer service friendly, they keep you in the dark and wont answer your question directly, i just reported them to the better business and looking into filing with a lawyer. Since the frist car accident there is still repairs that are minor and major that havent been fixed to what the car was 8 months ago when i drove it off the lot.
Dont use them, pay a little more for it, a brand new car with a loan out on it will be worth nothing and all you have to show for it is a 350 a month loan payment.
