Let me tell you if I would have known then what I know now I would have never gotten a car through these people. They are rude and a good friendship was ended because they were calling a friend of mine who lives with his mother and started to harass his mom. They even lied and said I used her as a reference. Which was totally untrue. I called and asked for the original form where I has filled out my references to be mailed to me and do you think I ever heard anymore on it. They lied to me when I had back surgery and told me they would give me an extension on my payment. This meant that I wouldn't have to make a payment that month and would just take my loan out a month longer.
Next thing I know their calling me for my payment at the end of the month. They claim I never had an extension and now also had late fees on top of the regular payment. They even went as far as to have someone call my house pretending to be a repo man wanting to know where the car would be that evening he was going to pick it up. For one when have you ever heard of such a thing and two he left no call back number and withheld his number and I googles the "name" of the towing company and no such thing ever exsisted. Their has got to be something you could do about this company!!!
