Harassing phone calls, text messages, emails, rude, not willing to work with their customers

10 Harassing phone calls a month, 2 text messages, 1 email, out right rude by calling me names. They are not willing to work with their customers; such as defer one month payment because I was out of work for 2 months out on family medical leave without pay, one month behind of $313.00. I even offered to send signed doctors copies of letters stating I was out of work. They then started charging me almost $18 a month for late fees and asked me to pay two months of payments in one month. As well as, charged me another $10 for every payment transaction by phone and told me I had to pay it by phone. Also asked me if I could borrow the money from someone to make my back payment. Also calling me names such as; Rude, stupid and bithcy. They consistantly are threatning that the going to repo my car just because I'm one month past due, not even a full month late.
