This has been the worst company I have had to deal with ever. They DO call you every day including Saturday and Sundays and even as late as 9:30 central time. Some calls are even automated telling you to call CPS / When you do talk to then everyone you deal with are very rude and some even use foul language. Most of the time they even block their numbers so you do not know who is calling. Along with calling anywhere from 1 to 5 times a day saying that they will come and pick up the car. We own a 2006 Ford taurus and we have been doing good on our payments up until recently when work has been low for my husband. Our payments are due on the 10th of every month and we did not have out payment until May 30 I western unioned it to them and called with confirmation number and they still tried to take it out of my friends account for another payment even when I told them to cancel it because I sent in the payment.
Then on June 6 We get another call wanting Junes payment which was not due until the 10th and we told them we did not have the money and the lady then told my husband that they will come repo the car. They have called every day since them threatening us and we have it set up to make the payment on the 20th but yet they keep calling and telling us we have a certain time to call them back or they will come pick up the car. I am lucky because I do know the laws of Minnesota and they have to go to court and get a court order to pick up the car. I just faxed to about 4 different numbers yesterday a cease all harassing calls paper.
