I recently lost my job and asked for a one-month loan extension for the month of March till my unemployment kicked in. The first month they denied me because I didn't have an income. I was told I could reapply for an extension for the month of April when I had made the March payment and could show proof of my unemployment insurance. So I did all that and now they say I can't have an extension because my unemployment insurance is not a valid source of income even though I told them I would be making my May payment on time. One guy that called, (they say they will call me daily till I make my payment), said that as long as I made my payments for the month and late fees by the 29th I be ok till I get caught up. Is this how these guys do business? Kick you when you're down and gouge you for late fees. I don't understand this. If I had the money for the first month I won't have needed the extension. I never had this problem with other loan companies.
