My h*l began in August a year after I brought my car. When I first got my car I had problems and my car was in the shop several times and they never fixed the problem. Around November I began to have some financial problems however, before this time I had never been late on a payment. When I called to make arrangements I was treated like crap and was talked to as if I was a loser and did not want to pay my bills and that is far from the truth. I was a few days late the calls would begin 2 to 3 days before my car payment was due. Matt would call my job 4 or 5 times a day leaving threaten messages and he would talk to me so rude. I told him if I did not have to keep fixing my car I would not be late. Matt was so ugly to me that I had to go to my doctor because I was a nerves wreck every time I had wait a day or two to pay my car payment. I would turn the ringer off so he would stop calling. His messages were so mean and hateful that I could not believe it. I am s single mother and times got a little rough and I am still trying to recover and I am still living paycheck to pay check. I have a child graduating this year and I am trying to do my best but Matt did not care and was sure to reminded me that this is not a GRACE PEROID LOAN I have worked in customer service for years and I have never worked with a company that would allow their employees to talk to people the way Prestige does. I would hate to work for this company because I would be one hateful b? /*&^. If you can get out of your loan or refinance your loan I would highly recommend it. Just because some of us have less than prefect credit does not give companies like Prestige Financial the right to treat us any kind of way. Matt what goes around will come around remember that. Prestige sucks big times and their employee's suck even more but I have to really feel sorry for them to have to work for a company that has not business ethics.
